UACL is a subsidiary of Universal Logistics Holdings, Inc. Licensed subsidiaries of Universal Logistics Holdings, Inc. (“ULHI”) perform all transportation and logistics services described on this Site. ULHI is a holding company and business operations are conducted solely through its legally separate subsidiaries. ULHI does not perform any transportation or logistics services and is not a licensed motor carrier or broker. ULHI is a legally distinct entity from its subsidiaries, ULHI’s subsidiaries are not agents of ULHI, and ULHI is not a principal of any of its subsidiaries for purposes of services provided by its subsidiaries, ULHI does not engage in any joint venture with any of its subsidiaries, ULHI and its subsidiaries are not alter egos of each other, ULHI does not have contacts with a particular state by virtue of one or more of its subsidiaries operating or having a physical location in such state or the operation of this website, ULHI is not responsible for the debts or liabilities of its subsidiaries, and ULHI’s subsidiaries are legally distinct from each other and not responsible for any debts or liabilities of another ULHI subsidiary. This document, including the documents referenced by and incorporated into this document, form the complete agreement between you and the ULHI subsidiary that operates this website supersedes any provision, understanding, or agreements (whether oral or written) and may not be modified except in writing or by making such changes available on this web site. If any provision of this agreement shall be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
